About Wesley

When Wesley DeGroot earned his real estate license in 2011, he began his career in the highly competitive world of Commercial Real Estate with Colliers International. There, he received top-tier training in negotiation, property marketing, and deal structuring from some of the industry’s most respected professionals.
In 2015, Wesley made a strategic decision to transition into residential real estate, joining RE/MAX to focus his full energy on helping clients buy, sell, and lease homes across the Golden Horseshoe region. His foundation in commercial real estate has given him a competitive edge in the residential market, bringing strong analytical skills, strategic marketing insight, and advanced negotiation expertise that set him apart from the average residential agent.
